Salary: Up to £26,000 pa & Paid Overtime
Working Hrs: 5 Days / 7 Shifts

This destination 2 AA Rosette (Bib Gourmand) Restaurant & Wine Bar located in the heart of the West End, is massively popular with discerning diners and wine connoisseurs alike.
Offering a daily changing, market driven menu showcasing top British produce supported by an extensive array of award winning wines, this famed independent has a warm and welcoming vibe, is busy throughout the week and receives regular rave reviews for it's informed, friendly service.

Closed Sundays & Bank / Public Holidays
Covers: 50 to 70 plus lunch / 70 to 110+ dinner covers (rising during festive period)

Role Description
A 2 kitchen operation with a brigade of 7 – 8 chefs, responsibilities include:
Support to Head & Sous chef team re: daily smooth running of kitchen, organisation and direction of team to maintain high food quality & service standards
Involvement in daily menu planning & costings
Stock control: ordering & deliveries / invoices, weekly stock counting, maintaining 70% GP margin
Team training, setting standards, maintaining Health & Safety records
Excellent Chef Management training programme & good progression opportunities

Desired Attributes
Enthusiastic, creative and hardworking, you will have experience of working at Snr CDP / Jnr Sous Chef level within a similar business
Good knowledge of current food trends, passion to work with high quality, seasonal produce supported by good organisation, communication and team training skills

Salary & Benefits
£26,000 basic start salary pa & Paid Overtime
Standard 3 months probationary period & excellent development & progression opportunities
7 shifts / 5 days – closed Sunday & Bank Holiday Mondays
Standard annual leave & meals on duty & laundered uniform provided
