Location: Central London
Start salary: £30,000 to £35,000 pa
Working Hrs: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm incl. standard breaks / 48 hrs pwk)

Beautiful Grade II listed 5* Boutique Hotel located in central London.
Operation: 25 individually designed sumptuous suites; award-winning multi-faceted food & beverage operation including (3 AA rosette) 100-cover restaurant with open kitchen; champagne-cocktail lounge bar (80 to 90 seats), courtyard and events / private dining space.
Running at 100% occupancy throughout the year – attracting international A-listers / glamorous London clientele. Rave reviews, online write-ups and ongoing press interest since launch.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Working in a modern-style, open plan office environment (with other Hotel HoD) – responsibilities include:
Providing overall administrative support to the Operations Executive Director
Coordinating an ever-changing diary scheduling all meetings the Director chairs on a daily and weekly basis – ensuring most efficient and effective use of Director’s time.
Providing relevant documentation for Director’s meetings; correlating meeting minutes; preparing presentations, communiques and other documents as requested; arranging all travel and trips (rail, flights, transfers, hotels, etc); completing expense claims
Customer compliant handling and reporting (respective HoDs); assisting with competitor analysis and research projects
Proactively prioritising / managing ad hoc duties as requested

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Seeking an experienced, confident, customer service-orientated Executive Assistant with experience ideally gained in comparable Hotel and / or Members Club operations.
Essential: knowledge of Hotel / F&B operating systems coupled secretarial / administrative support background
Ability to work productively in an ever-changing environment.
Key parameters: ability to work within a team and independently; proactive approach with attention to detail; strong analytical, communication and organisation skills; ability to work to tight deadlines; intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.

SALARY & BENEFITS
Start salary: £30,000 to £35,000 pa
Permanent contract subject to standard 3 months probationary period: regular performance-related salary reviews; courses as required; internal training-development programme; 28 days paid annual leave; workplace pension option; progression and movement; staff discounts; cycle to work scheme; meals on duty
Working hrs: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm incl. standard breaks (48 hrs pwk)
