Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 pa
Working Hrs: Tues – Sat (7 shifts / 48 – 50 hrs pwk)

Award winning Restaurant & Cocktail Bar situated in the heart of the West End offering modern / innovative Pan-Asian fusion street food (principle & small plates).
Featuring Über stylish interiors and known for its live entertainment, this late night venue attracts a fashionable A list London crowd in addition to hosting private parties (exclusive venue hire) throughout the year, peaking over the festive period.

Kitchen hours: 11pm last orders / 100 – 200 plus evening covers, lunch – predominately private parties

Role Description
Supporting the Executive chef and Head / Sous chef team, responsibilities include:

Daily kitchen management support; working on all kitchen sections including Grill and Pass
Deputising in the Head & Sous chefs’ absence as required
Menu input encouraged; assisting with stock / wastage control; ordering; invoices
Junior team supervision and development; daily compliance procedures & cleaning rosters; kitchen opening and closing duties

Desired Attributes
Passion for cooking vibrant Pan Asian; experience of working in comparable Pan Asian operations; commitment to quality and standards; good knowledge of current trends
Skills set: organisation, communication and attention to detail essential

Salary & Benefits
£26,000 to £27,000 basic start salary pa
Working 7 shifts from Tuesday to Sunday (finishing 11pm to 12am) + Paid OT

Permanent contract subject to standard 3 months probationary period: regular performance-related salary reviews; ongoing training and development with good progression opportunities; paid overtime for additional shifts worked; workplace pension option; 28 days paid annual leave; FAM trips and team excursions; group / staff discounts; laundered uniform and meals on duty
